you have to be patient with me as I still haven't received my investors packet.... This system is based upon Capscan, an affordable, easily installed electronic stick sooooo....this measuring device is actually lowered into the UST from a rod of some sort which is held in place at the cap....is it on a floating mechanism... similar in theory to the little bobber kids use when fishing?...and with a predetermined tank volume programmed into the system, the capscan can accurately calculate the volume of product...hmmmm...Am I right?...this is very simple and quite "fool proof"...this would also account for the ability to accurately determine the volume vs. external/internal temperature in the tank...the product (gasoline, oil) has a known volatility....NOW I got it...I hope...tell me I'm right as this is just too simple..and if this isn't it, boy, what a terrific idea.
