Cosmo, I think Asensio is well prepared for this eventuality. Probably has a Florida house and residency, which can never be taken by legal or other means under an archaic homesteaders act that stopped the carpet baggers from taking family homes in the depression. It finds many ill uses now and the pols are bribed to keep it on the books. As to other assets they will find fog. His real fear is any criminal indictment by the feds. civil stuff is flykicks to him, he hardly feels them, but he does not want to experience new romantic involvements of the involuntary kind in prison.
