That is a president who is putting his own interests above those of the country and attempting to circumvent the system of checks and balances. These orders as well as his Health Care Task Force are conducted without open meetings and public access to task force documents. I would characterize Clinton more as a Peronist, a left-wing fascist dictator, rather than a Nazi.
