Hey Ed;

You could be right cuz Congress will take some recess. The fact the matter is Clinton and Rubin's Global Emergency Funding for this world turmoil package will never get approved. No wonder analysts comment this weekend G-7 had done nothing just talks. World equity market reacted with another run of scary. Dow Transport index today had down more 2525 area. New LOw.
