My last post was basically a summary of the conference call

Here are my feeling and opinions.

The main topic was lack of confidence in the company. Shareholders are not getting answers to what we feel are very basic questions:

1. What are the outstanding shares and float?
2. When is the shareholder meeting going to be?
3. What is GBIT's position on the proposed IGHS merger?

and some not so basic questions:

4. What about using a big 6 accounting firm?
5. What is being done about the short situation?
6. What is GBIT doing about the low stock price?
7. What is GBIT doing about the possible future share dilution?

Some of these questions were answered, some were roughly answered, and some could not be answered at this time.

I personally feel that I have a better understanding of the current situation. I can understand most of the lack of information, except the OS. That number should be available on a weekly/monthly basis.

The stockholders meeting maybe shouldn't be called until the merger/acquisition situation is further defined.

The short position is being looked into.

The low stock price is (hopefully) an aberration. They are working on a major ad campaign to brokers to get them interested.

Regarding the possible merger. I think we (GBIT shareholders) are thinking "Why is this OTC BB stock (IGHS) trying to buy OUR Nasdaq listed company?". Maybe that is not the way to look at it. If GBIT and IGHS did merge, wouldn't that make the new entity (whatever it's name or symbol) a bigger company with more
sales people, more contacts, maybe can get better financing etc.?

One thing that someone did mention in the conference call was why the GBIT shareholders were so down on IGHS. That we should check IGHS out and we would feel better. I felt like saying "We tried to find out information on IGHS but there isn't any!".

Well, I can only give my opinion. I still think GBIT has a lot of potential. Much of the share dilution is behind us. We are heading into a 4th profitable quarter, and we have the possibility of a merger with another company, which could make GBIT bigger and stronger than ever.

I feel the price will go up from here over the next few weeks/months.

Mike
