So you're saying that by not mentioning buying specifically, then JBO and CCC could somehow buy the shares in the First Concorde account, yet remain within the spirit of the injuction by not being involved in any trades with them. Thus, you assert, the order means nothing.

(paraphrased from the order):...the defendants J.B. OXFORD and CANACCORD CAPITAL CORPORATION are enjoined from trading, selling, transferring, assigning any or all of the common shares in the capital stock...held to the credit of accounts in the name of the defendant FIRST CONCORDE SECURITIES, LTD.

So there's gonna be some buying; just no trading. A buy without a sell? At least, that's what you appear to be saying. Kinda confusing—maybe you can spell it out? What the heck do ya mean Auntie?
