Having followed and participated in much of the discussion surrounding the property values and taxation issues, I don't think Michelle ever dumped on older people. She merely wants them to be subject to the same rules as everyone else - no special benefits. She feels they have benefited unfairly from Proposition 13 and other little perks, but that hardly makes her a hateful person. <<There IS affordable housing in the SF Bay Area>> Where? What do you consider affordable? I, too am in the market for a house in the Bay Area.
