Strange Indeed. OAKT is the top performer in the semi group while SIII is the top loser in the group. Both company is in similar situation... a victim of price war in semi/chip industry, weak management, lots of cash. I actually had an order this morning to buy at 1 7/8 but it never get fill. aC
