Please forgive the delay in my response. My schedule is quite crowded and my ability to have discussions in this forum will be even further limited in the future. There seems to be a consensus in the quality of Docucon's products and their future prospects. If we can agree that anything beyond that is highly speculative, here is my response to your inquiry: you are correct about confidentiality and my ability to disclose much additional information is equally, and understandably, restricted. The question of the term 'alliance' will remain unanswered. I would direct your attention to the 'conversation' between Ron Hill and Gary Grobbell on 12/17 - 12/18 in the Docucon forum. The problem of assessing the true market value of recently profitable company is difficult. Mr. Hill noted the relative discount of Docucon's market value versus other firms in comparable businesses. This may be especially noteworthy.
