I hold - in my hands - a Raven Banshee board. (OK, OK, It's beside the keyboard as I type!) I am about to install 16MB of AGP goodness into my SLI-enabled game monster. Hopefully I'll be able to get to the bottom of your issues Anthony. I plan on not sleeping until I have Quake2 and Unreal working side-by-side in different windows on my 1600x1200 Win95 desktop!
