Dennis, I don't know of a bill before Congress. Of course, that doesn't mean there isn't one but I suspect that this would not be an issue subject to federal jurisdiction (more likely controlled at the state level) but I'm no expert. I am delighted that the stock has moved up but I have no idea if we'll get a sharp move up soon. I don't see how this will help with the current Q - I'm looking for improvement in the following Q. This news is very important for BPLX as it's likely to start a nationwide trend. What's good for CA is good for everyone else. Steve
