I'm new to these boards and thinking of buying an undervalued stock. But I need some information. ARX has 5 strong buys and 2 moderate buys. Is this just broker manipulation or does this stock have a good future. And why is the price and volume so lukewarm. Reading previous posts in this thread you'd think it would have been at 18 by now.
