Good point, Peaceful. Why so many of these threads seem to go to great lengths to discredit when they wouldn't do the same to give the company credit is beyond me.
I for one do see this as useful DD, but also am uncertain as to what effect, if any, this has on the company and its success. Mr. Stein is not, NOT, running the company day to day. That is the job of Maura Marx and Michael Shephard. And we have much evidence that they both are people of high integrity, from conversations, visits to FNTN, etc.
IMO, it is the structure of FNTN management that allows Mr. Stein and Mr. Haggerty to make the kinds of contributions that bring their full talents to the fore. They are working behind the scenes to add features to FNTN's internet and intranet offerings, and in that fashion draw more customers to the table.
I get the sense of both boards, here and on SI, that people are trying to look for ways to discredit this company rather than find positives. I for one have done my due diligence, looking into public utility commission filings for exchange carrier status for FNTN, talking to the company, looking at the backgrounds of the people involved. I have come away impressed and have no reason to think anything but good about the future of FNTN. |
