If anyone chooses to invest in FNTN, their focus has to be on two factors...(a)The INTRANET and (b) Siemens commitment to FNTN.

Siemens has done their homework regarding FNTN and would not be associated with them if they had doubts about the Company or the INTRANET product.

(When the Vision gets cloudy, always go back to the FACTS that really matter.)

THE Big payday for FNTN will come when FNTN has a Joint announcement with Siemens regarding the Success and Profitability of the INTRANET product. (ie. press release with multiple paying clients)

Email reply from Regional Director Bob Greinier to FNTN Shareholder

Shareholder question:

I'm an investor interested in Financial Intranet and would like to know if Siemens has an ongoing relationship with Fntn and if they will be (jointly?) represented at the Oct 8th trade show in Atlanta? Any information would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

FNTN has contracted with Siemens for about 95% of the hardware, software and applications that make up their current Multi-Media offerings. Development of additional functionalities are underway as well as discussions about future deliverables.

I am responsible for coordinating the efforts of several of the contributing Siemens entities that will develop, deliver and support the entire solution. I view FNTN as an excellent showcase for advanced Multi-Media solutions and expect to further enhance our excellent relationship.

Siemens was scheduled to be at the October 8th show, but the Siemens Financial group that had been planning to attend the show, are going through a major Re-organization...which will become effective October 1st, our new fiscal year. They (Siemens Financial) pulled out of the show. We will soon publish our 1998/99 schedule and fully expect to have FNTN show case their application at several applicable shows. This last minute cancellation no doubt caused FNTN some problems, for which we apologize. However, Siemens support of FNTN has not wavered.

I hope this answers you questions.
