I was a broker for 16 years. I'm not trying to minimize the nature of the information, but in my opinion it would be very unusual to be in the securities business as long as Barry Stein and not have some minor infractions.

After reviewing the information, it appears Barry was never charged with any kind of embezzlement or misappropriation of client funds. I see no evidence that he caused any investors to lose money. If he had, the fines would have been much steeper, and I would consider that serious. As for me, this is not a significant issue affecting my investment in FNTN.
