Just to see how beaten techs are and how much the NASDAQ has sold, take a look at a long time chart. You can see how oversold these stocks are getting. They are going to have to make up alot of ground to catch up with the long term trend line. Just from the chart, it's going to be hard to see our wait be more than the first 2 quarters of 1999. I'm sure some of the stocks will start the move before then though.
