Lost1,

Common sense would say wait for a short to mid-term uptrend, maybe a 50 day moving average reversal. Me, I saw the stock as flat for most of yesterday and took that to be a semi-reversal of the trend. My rationale is that the float is small and a trend will easily turn into a rally.

Industry is still predicting 35% growth in call centers to the year 2001. The problem is internet stocks are touting that they're soaking up call center revenue by 10-25% even though they're increasing our exposure and creating new opportunities for call centers. Investors believe the internet pr more than the big picture, I guess. It'd be nice to have those internet PE's of 150 or so! I read not so long ago that most calls to Wash DC's 911 number were going to the sixth ring or more because of their inadequate system. I think the need for call centers will be explosive. You bet your life.
