I think large blocks had somethink to do with s2. Company probably arranged for selling shareholders to be taken out in orderly fashion. Makes sense. Hopefully, all the selling is over and overhang removed. By the way, I've noticed on other boards the thoughts that new shares were issued. My read on the s2 is that previously issued shares were registered not new shares. Company got no proceeds. Float increased, but not number of shares. Thoughts welcome.
