To answer my own question, I think I found what the news was....in E-Trade it had an* by it meaning that there was news, but when you clicked on it it still referred to the 11/27 news.
I think it was due to the fact that it was the most actively traded stock on the AMEX.

I think that we are going to see some gyrations but that it is headed as you said to 4 and upperward. It is being used by some as a day traded stock to pick up a couple of bucks on right now.
