Pops:

As I see it, the company has two options to keep its NASDAQ listing in the immediate term. The first is to announce enough good news that the market demand drives the stock up over $1 for at least 10 consecutive days. The second is to effect the on-for-four reverse split.

The general market conditions presents us with a problem for the first option. The market should have reacted very positively to yesterday's announcement, but it didn't. Absent a multi-million dollar order from a big name customer, I just don't see the market taking the stock over a $1 in the next month.

Although I don't like reverse splits, I think that it is necessary in VSIN's case. It will move the price significantly above $1 so the de-listing threat is removed and it will move the price closer to the $3 to $5 minimum price that most money managers are restricted to.
