Thanks for the reprint. The company sounds good, BUT, the S reg shares still scares me. Article talks about the high figure of 12.8 million shares, when in reality, given the S reg shares, I believe the number is over 15 million shares. Can you please tell us at what price the S reg shares were given, exactly how many S reg shares were issued and how many have come back into the float?? Im worried, as has been happening this week, that S regs will thwart any rally in the stock. Also, how many shares are authorized, how many shares are out as of today, and the float Thanks!! GG
