Headline: Glenayre (NASDAQ:GEMS) names Ciepcielinski COO ====================================================================== CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct 5 (Reuters) - Glenayre Technologies Inc. said Monday Stanley Ciepcielinski has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer, a newly-created position. Ciepcielinski has been acting in this capacity since early in the third quarter, the company said in a statement. He had been serving as chief financial officer, a position he held since 1993. The company said it has initiated a search for a new chief financial officer and that Ciepcielinski will serve as acting CFO.
