Interesting developments on WCII lately. In addition to MCI deal, the
co. says it is in negotiation with "lots of large companies" on similar
deals. Also, and this is the first that I have heard of this, the co. faces
allegations that the chairman and associates have enriched themselves
through a series of improper transactions with WCII. Amoung the complaints,
that sparked a lawsuit, was that a company controlled by co. chairman
received pay't for financial services on every WCII financial transaction.
Chairman says this is all a misunderstanding and that the suit is in
settlement talks.

I would really like more details on this, as I hate to see discussions
of this nature on a stock that I own.
