you guys are great. when confronted with the truth- you all get hostile, sarcastic and belittling.
From Chin and company: fact 1: we were promised financials back in april fact 2: we were told by the ceo we would see a SEC filing fact 3: we were told by the company they were engaging in a large share buy-back. no mention has been made since, even with the floundering stock price fact 4: new share are being authorized (usually with an intent to issue them) and no one knows about it from the DGIV informative newsletter
From Rick (macker) fact 1: large investment houses are stepping up to the plate. my brother-in-law works at merril lynch and they have the books fact 2: dgiv is going to be bought out by company XYZ. i forget the name, only that it was in a different industry fact 3: i would rather not say
so, i made more money on DGIV then any of you can or would want to imagine. i bought a majority of my shares at 66-cents and more at 1.08. i sold all between 5.35 to 5.75, as none of the things from chin or rick was coming true. rick promotes. he may do it for other companies, i know he does it for his own gain. he has seemed to know more than the general public and did a great job hooking all of us.
some of you should realize that there is more to life than money. i am a little bitter- bitter that i was played. i put in large amounts of money and was being tricked the entire time. thiis time i was on the winning side- but that does not make things ok. what is wrong is wrong. born-again-christains (or anyone for that matter) should not be working out illegal agreements with company presidents and then using that info. to gain- while others get burned.
I think Chin is real. I think DGIV is real. i think DGIV was worth 33-cents before we came along and with all the new shares, crisis in the world, will go back to that or lower.
but, then again, i am only one man with an opinion
PS. as for SGNC, it is simple. stock goes from 30-cents to $1.25 to 30-cents, just like the others...pump and dump. maybe a great stock, but maybe not. i would recommend HIV. it is an american exchange listed stock, has proven to have a good AIDS vaccine for mice and is heading into phase 3 trials. they are also working on cancer treatments and many others. their valuation is comparable to SGNC, has more employers, more funding and more results.
for those still wanting to listen to a semi-objective, level-headed person- i am here.
