Isn't the SkyStation going to be powered by ion propulsion? The NYTimes today has a piece on a spacecraft to be launched later this month, powered by ion propulsion. "Ion Propulsion of Science Fiction Comes to Life on New Spacecraft." Interesting article but I don't think I'll hold my breath for an ion propulsion powered SkyStation anytime real soon. I had trouble getting onto the site this morning but it should be available at: nytimes.com
