I believe that many emerging market economies as well as European economies are increasing their IT investments to increase their productivity in the global economy.

My brother-in-law is Korean and follows a number of Korean publications. He indicates the Koreans are re-modeling their businesses after the American model and that indicates increased IT spending. Hope he's right.
