What's up with the ratio?

It is now seems clear (based on the stock price) that somehow the 10:1 ratio is out the window.

For those hoping for a better ratio, though, it appears that it is gravitating toward 20:1.

With ESVS at 15/16 x 1, ZULU is under a nickel.

If the MMs beleived that this deal was going to go through, and that ZULU shareholders were going to get 5.2M shares of ESVS, this imbalance would be quickly corrected, with either ZULU going up or ESVS going down.

"Something" is up, and for once, I haven't a clue what it is.

(I swear that when I posted "ZULU climbing back to a nickel in my Tired/Wired post, it was just a wild guess at future events!)

I suppose I should congratulate those who had the good sense to hedge their investment by splitting it between ZULU and ESVS. While they aren't making money, at least they are losing less, at least at this point. :)
