SG, Richard Surber is the President of both Oasis International Hotel & Casino and Hudson Consulting Group. Oasis International, I believe, is the Sub. in which the Tunisian Properties will be placed. I'm not sure but, I believe I saw somewhere that Surber is also part of Nuven Advisors. Hudson Consulting Group is the organization which advised FXWA and put the deal together. Park Street Investments reorganized FXWA and served to administrate the shell (FXWA) during the lean years. Howard Bernstein sold property to FXWA. Ted
