Interesting but they say that they have not had any approaches.

I do know that they had Computer Associates all over them, but that was a long time ago and fizzled out.

I have also heard that Tim Davies, their head of consulting worldwide resigned? and walked off on friday.

I think the Peoplesoft and SAP sell offs are also affecting JDA. Oracle are also becoming very aggressive in the market place.

Intresting times.
