They said production started in July, so Portland should be delivering MII 333/350 and GX 266/30 10-12 weeks later, or now! We haven't seen these yet.

Also MXi is slated for delivery 1Q 99. By their past time tables, we would be lucky to see MXi by the last day of March. So a shift to MXi is not ready yet.

So what is Portland doing? Nothing??
