That's not a bad deal, I assume you don't get time/sales. I get the full blown PCquote w/ T/S, Level II, etc., that comes integrated with my trading software. ($300/mo, w/major discounts if you do a LOT of trades, (I don't)). You click on a market maker screen (level II), and the order entry screen pops up. I can trade directly on a MM quote or any of the ECN's or enter my own Island quote inside the spread. Trades are about $23 up to 5000sh, add a little for ECN's and NYSE.
I'm not happy with my broker, though, because they hold back on some of the value added items like alerts and the PCquote Money Flow indicator, which, until Gary told me about it the other day, I didn't even know existed. Other reasons, too...
