Micro-caps are poison right now. No one will touch them. Technology value is now negative. Either the market believes that GSII will destroy value or there is a very big disconnect going on. Resigned with U.S. Surgical. Probably a good move given that sales to J&J have not set the world on fire. I suspect that GSII wanted immediate access to USS's tacker product to complete a hernia bundle. This company has been jerked around by J&J and USS and GDT. Not a lovely picture and it also shows the power of the incumbents. If there are any sequential gains in revenues going forward it might be a good trade.
