Hey Jens, ARET still has not called me back!! May have been tipped off. However my partner got through right away and spoke to Robert Solarchik at 1-800-913-9767. Mr. Solarchik, as I suspected, confirmed the fact that ARET does not have any construction projects that have broken ground as yet. Only several BIDS on potential construction PROJECTS that they still have not been awarded as yet.Competition is high as we all know in the construction business. I am very surprised that you and some of your other buddies on this thread were not privy to the information. Any Ideas now on how ARET is going to hit 9 cents per share as you predicted especially when you consider the fact that ARET hasnt even broken ground on the first house!!For you folks that are interested in the rest of the info from the ARET contact this am, please feel free to PM me for the details.
