With the plunge in the share price of Veritas (which may only be temporary), we'll get to see the quality of TBP's legal counsel. The recent acquisition by Veritas would certainly be a material change from the situation upon which TBP negotiated its deal with Veritas. Thus a well drafted agreement would allow TBP to either cancel the deal or raise the maximum number of shares to be issued by Veritas for TBP. This all may be moot if, as I suspect, the price of Veritas goes back up before the end of the year. So we'll see how this plays out.
