It makes great sense. Don't finance risky things like mortgages and emerging market utility cos. Instead, finance internet companies with no earnings. It will be interesting when they tap out their current funds and go for more. If I was running Yahoo or AOL, I would do the biggest stock offering I could. Who cares if it falls in half, I would still be getting free money, WS
