I'm really pressed for time here, the shares are being registered for sale. The company has 75m shares with 34.4m outstanding or Issued [p.27]. I'm looking at [p.34] and there it lists the selling share holders. Like I said I'm gone here in one minute but is this where the shares are coming from?[p.34 that is] Is this the holders your thinking that are being taken out, so to speak? Sorry I got to go, but my first impression was the company is positioning it self for PMA and operating cash but I just don't know. Edger link given if you have time? edgar-online.com
