Wes, I am glad that you are so concerned about me. Don't worry about me, worry about ASTG, the sand is running out. Secondly, the court ruled that I.W.I.C. and Topnet can not vote their shares or transfer them. However, the company has to put up $307,000 for 2,965,000 shares, and as far as voting for the shareholders' meeting, their vote stands. So at least the shareholders' meeting is going forward. However, it might be to late. I am not pumping doom and gloom. I am hoping Wes, knowing the reality of the situation will get the shareholder pulling together. Let's see if V and the others will give us a chance to save the company. L
