Bob,

I don't have a long term chart on the bonds, I only need a year or less to time that market for me. I agree with LG that there may be some room left on the upside, but if I were refinancing right now, I would just do it and not try to time interest rates. I agree the bonds look toppy.

Thanks for your comments. My opinion and ten cents can get me a ten cent soda. I agree, there are many diverse opinions on this thread, but that's excellent because the posters are bright and informed, and worth reading.
