UST owners are mandated to have a $1 million a year EIL insurance policy. The use of a CAPSCAN to verify that the tanks are not leaking can result in as much as a 15% a year discount on that policy. I really don't know how expensive the policies are though so I can't say for sure if it saves the UST owner $450 a year. It certainly would say that the cost of any clean up if a tank starts to leak will be small because the CAPSCAN will allow UST owners to discover it quickly. What can I say? I think it's an excellent product. I can't wait to hear what you have to say after you see it in Atlanta this weekend. Regards, Jeff
