<<Dixson - please don't insult me, I only posted facts from the SEC filings, and rarely post on SI just because of people like you. I never said I was shorting REFR, as you assume, or made any recommendations. I just thought the investor on both sides would be interested in the Ailouros facts. If you dispute these facts, lets discuss them. Otherwise don't waste my time.>>

And don't waste our time either. We also see it as an insult. We voted those rights to the officers of the company and feel they are well deserved. Those who have a problem with it have voiced those as well. None of this relates to the imminent arrival of SPD technology. Have you even read the WSJ article, called the company for an update, contacted licensees, or called any experts in the field of light valve technology?

If you read the press release it states that Ailouros is buying REFR shares on the open market. As far as finding out how many shares they have perhaps in the next filing this information will be available.

Barbara, Whose due diligence puts whose to shame? What exactly are your facts? Why don't you get an education as to what the long term investors already know and then you might have an idea of why your "due diligence" will lead people to the wrong conclusions about the future of this company. If you had done proper due diligence you would understand why Ailouros would agree to buying REFR stock at a floor price of $15.

Perhaps this link will let you know what we already understand so you won't have to waste your due diligence time enlightening us.
