Hi Laz, good to see your safe and sound in Austin. As far as I'm concerned there really isn't much of a problem for me concerning Digitcom and the cone of silence surrounding it. Jimmy's has been reported as to being out of town, in europe, continuing the process of securing contracts. When he has something to report he will. I'm not really sure where this RUMOUR or FEARMONGERING statement of a SEC lawyer investigation came from but I really don't belive it. Digitcom's lawyers are the one's who weren't happy with the filing as far as I can tell, and if they want more information included in the filing, go ahead take the extra time needed to do it right. Sure' I'm concerned but what can I do. Buy more, sure will if I see solid contracts Sell off and turn away, not if there is still a chance that JC's going to come through Give misinformation and draw unsubstantial conclusions. Sorry I'd have to wait in line for that. Or just wait and do what I can to help Laz and E'lane shed a little light on the subject. moosie
