Janybird, you call that news??? You call that a press release??? ROFLMAO!!!!!

This is nothing more than last week's cold leftovers with a fuzzy grey mold growing over it! For some real press releases, check out the competition who happen to be manufacturing and shipping product with FDA approval of their instrument just around the corner!

FWIW, everybody already knew that the device could detect and monitor infant jaundice for over a year now! I believe that is what the FDA approval represented, did it not? If this is the best that CCSI can do after all these delays, then it would seem to me that what they are really saying to the investment community is "This deal's gonna take a whole lot longer and may likely not happen at all, and furthermore, we don't want to talk about it!". Why not issue a press release detailing the present status of the manufacturing deal or the distribution deal that have yet to culminate! What about it, Darby? The investors here deserve as much!!

Of course, I guess it all depends on what your definition of 'late stage negotiations' is!!!

Rockin' Robin
