Chris, I have found Bedford's market commentary to be helpful, if for nothing more than a confirmation of what I see in my own research. I look at his picks and find that picks closer to the money benefit from even small moves in the direction he is indicating. He might put $5-6K at risk whereas I put a greater amount by choosing higher priced options. Sometimes, if I feel that he got into an option too high, I'll wait for a pull-back and get in at a more reasonable level.

On equities, he has been very good with finding the sectors that have been moving. When he picks an equity, I look at the TA charts and do some fundamental studies to see if I want to join in or not.

He has many more years experience than I do, so I learn from his analysis. You can try each of his daily updates for 2 week periods at no cost, so it's a good way to become familiar with his services.

Do you presently use any software programs to help analyze decisions?
