I have been trying to transfer an Ira account from Ameritrade to Web Street for almost 2 weeks, sending numerous faxes, overnight mail, and mny phone calls. My advice to anyone chnging firms, is to get a name, send mail return reciept requested. Insist that 1 person be
responsible for your transfer. Good luck, I hve been through an
amazingly horrible experience. They are on a par with IRS in courtesy, efficiency, and weaseling.
