If you had done proper due diligence you would understand why Ailouros would agree to buying REFR stock at a floor price of $15.

Dixson, I have shown you the SEC facts as to why, in my opinion, there is no floor price of $15, but rather a ceiling price of $15.

I don't recall insulting the officers, only mentioning that they were selling stock to the company indirectly, as stated factually by them in the SEC filings. I like the technology and would like to buy a pair of SPD sunglasses if you can tell me where they are sold and how much they cost. I am also impressed by the number of years they have kept the company in business and the devotion to this one key idea. Even though many of the older patents are expired, they have continued to make new innovations and claims in the face of little industry acceptance. Very bold. If they can show some large contracts and/or revenue, I might consider buying them once the current market bottoms out.

Let's try to keep it friendly,

Jon
