I'm sure you are aware that the DOCUMENT you posted is not the real document. As Spidey puts it....IT IS PHONEY! You are also aware that you or your cronies changed the words of the said document you posted. I have seen the real document and it is not even close to what you have posted.


I remind you regarding disclosure and manipulation regulations. Since you have seen the real documents as you post and have flat out stated the document posted is phoney, IF this is not true, your purpose would appear to be to manipulate the stock.

Sufficient written records exists regarding claims made by you and others that the document posted today is phoney regarding the court order filed on Oct. 2, 1998. You have seen the "real" documents as you have posted. You have not changed your position regarding the document posted being phoney, even after having been given many chances.

Manipulation is very wrong and someone shall be in trouble. After verification at the Clerk's office, we will definitively know. In the meantime, what do you know about compliance with the TA registration?
