I cannot understand what all this fuss is about MD selling his shares. In fact, I would be worried if he *didn't* sell small amounts periodically, as that is not the sign of a savvy businessman. Selling 2% of one's holdings from time to time is *NOT* a lot of shares to sell, especially when that pool probably gets replenished every year with grants of additional options.
