an Update from Cheryl Mitchell:
1) She has CONFIRMED that DGIV is actively negotiating on contracts in 6 countries: Australia,Russia,Germany,Egypt,Italy and Indonesia.
2) The status of the negotiations is (which she can say publicly)is: It has NOT deteriorated. Some of them have progressed much more than when the MOU's were announced.
3)Louis International is being renegotiated for a higher price. So, DGIV is heading in a positive direction in this regard.
4)Lawyers have a SOLID gagorder on the company, World Vision, Cheryl. No announcement without the contract /earnings/filing sealed, signed and delivered.
Now, here goes my conjecture:
You can look at point 4 and say wow, they are hiding something. But, from email and phone exchanges I had with people concerned, I have this lurking feeling that a merger may be on the cards to move us close to listing on NAZ or AMEX. I am trying to put two and two together: lawyer's gagorder and Jimmy's desire to get listed.
Again, I donot want to spread rumors of the merger. But, think a minute, folks. Does this make sense?
