Don't forget, regardless of what the majority shareholder is
implying, a majority of the minority shareholders need to vote
yes on the upcoming tender offer for them to take your stock at
50 cents. Agreed there is a chance this will happen, but it is
by no means a foregone conclusion.

Remember: vote early and vote often! Down with the 50
cent tender offer!

East Coast Update: CompUSA has sold out of all Gravis
product except for the original GamePads. They had at least 30
GamePad Pro's and a dozen Firebird 2's a few weeks ago. I spoke
to a salesguy, and he said they get about 20 Gamepad Pro's in
every week, but they sell out in a few days. Computer City was also
sold out of GamePad Pro's and Best Buys was down to one (though they
had sold out several times in the last month).

Prediction: There is little doubt that there should be an
excellent 4th quarter, assuming there is no weirdo 5 million dollar
writeoffs (the Gravis Phoenix is still being advertised
mail order... how can this be???)

By the way, if there are any more substantial writeoffs, this
will certainly be more fuel for upcoming litigation.
