Thanks Joe, nice links to articles. They re-inforce the new business model of outsourcing and how it is being implemented.
The firms announcing the bottom and optimistic are the same ones that called this downturn, all the while I thought they were nuts. I'm looking for a good tree to live in this winter<g>.
